Rob is a distinguished former senior law enforcement executive who concluded over 24 years of service with the United States Secret Service as the Special Agent in Charge of the Dignitary Protective Division. In this role, he chaired the Executive Steering Committee, directing the security design and execution for National Special Security Events and supervising the protection of foreign heads of state visiting the United States.

After his retirement, Rob and his family settled in Roanoke, Virginia, where he currently serves as the Principal Owner of ProtectorScope Security Solutions, a leading firm that delivers protective services to Fortune 100 companies, elected officials, and high-net-worth individuals. The organization employs approximately ten specialists, including experts in cybersecurity and intelligence with advanced proficiency in threat detection and digital defense. 

Rob is also the Chief Intelligence Officer| Founding Team Member at nDiligence, Inc, leading private sector intelligence strategy, analytic operations, and risk-focused insight across global supplier networks. In this role, he directs the integration of multi-source intelligence, due diligence, data aggregation/analysis, and investigative methodology to uncover hidden relationships, identify adversarial influence, and support clients in making confident strategic decisions while protecting global supply chain integrity.

Rob continues to support public safety and security policy through his roles as the appointed Secretary and Personal Protection Specialist Representative to the Virginia DCJS Private Security Services Advisory Board.

Throughout his tenure with the Secret Service, Rob held several key leadership positions, including Special Agent in Charge of the Ottawa Field Office and Deputy Special Agent in Charge of the Miami Field Office, where he managed international operations and protective intelligence programs.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Saint John’s University and completed the American University School of Public Affairs Key Executive Leadership Program with a specialization in Organizational Leadership.

Anne Millehan is the owner of Millehan Coaching & Consulting, Inc. She is a certified coach and has worked with small and large businesses since 2017. She also works with the Virginia Tech Roanoke Center as a coach for their Leadership Academy program and has previous experience working with Virginia Western Community College as an adjunct instructor for the Career and Corporate Training Center. She is a local and national speaker who also offers many workshops to the business sector to enhance leadership, performance and increase revenue through helping people be the best version of themselves. In 2020 she was awarded the International Coaches Federation Ignite Initiative, the Power of Coaching.
