About the Conference

The ConnectHER Conference is a dynamic, full-day experience designed to inspire, empower, and connect women leaders from across Virginia's Blue Ridge. This annual event brings together professionals from a variety of industries to learn, share ideas, build meaningful relationships, and invest in their personal and professional growth.

This year's conference will also serve as the culmination of the Women of the Chamber luncheon series, presented in partnership with the Lucy Leadership Project. Throughout the year, participants have explored topics centered on leadership development, CliftonStrengths, authentic leadership, and personal growth. ConnectHER will build on those conversations while introducing new ideas, fresh perspectives, and practical tools that attendees can apply in their careers, businesses, and communities.

What to Expect

🌟 Lucy Leadership Project

The women of the Lucy Leadership Project will take the stage for a special session designed to bring together the themes and conversations explored throughout this year's Women of the Chamber series. Drawing from their expertise in leadership development and strengths-based growth, they will challenge attendees to reflect, engage, and leave with practical insights they can apply immediately in their personal and professional lives.

This session will serve as a meaningful capstone to the year's leadership journey while setting the stage for continued growth and impact.

📚 Breakout Sessions
