About the Conference

The ConnectHER Conference is a full-day experience designed to inspire, empower, and connect women leaders across Virginia's Blue Ridge. This annual event brings together professionals from diverse industries to learn, build meaningful relationships, and invest in their personal and professional growth.

As the culmination of this year's Women of the Chamber luncheon series, presented in partnership with the Lucy Leadership Project, ConnectHER builds on conversations around leadership development, CliftonStrengths, authentic leadership, and personal growth while introducing fresh perspectives and practical tools attendees can apply in their careers, businesses, and communities.
