Description

The Advisor-Led Leadership Day is an engaging, interactive experience designed to help participants grow as leaders while learning directly from Leadership Roanoke Valley advisors and local community leaders. Throughout the day, participants will explore key leadership concepts, strengthen their communication and collaboration skills, and take part in meaningful discussions and hands-on activities. 

This program day offers the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders, connect with classmates, and gain practical tools that can be applied both personally and professionally. 

Come ready to participate, share ideas, and continue building the skills and relationships that will support you throughout your LRV journey and beyond!
