Located within a beautifully restored historic church sanctuary originally built in 1897\, Renewal Studios brings new life to a meaningful piece of Roanoke's history while creating a welcoming space for wellness\, education\, creativity\, and community. The studio brings together thoughtfully curated instructors\, practitioners\, classes\, workshops\, and experiences designed to encourage greater connection to the body\, mind\, self\, and community. From gentle and therapeutic yoga and mindful movement to meditation\, breathwork\, sound experiences\, and other mind-body practices\, Renewal makes a variety of approaches to well-being approachable and accessible.
