Two events: Lynchburg, Wednesday, March 12, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM, Craddock Terry Hotel and Event Center. Roanoke, Tuesday, March 18, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM, The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center. Cost: $175/person, includes continental breakfast, lunch, parking and all materials. Guest speakers from the Lynchburg and Roanoke Police Departments will provide vital tips on how to defuse potentially violent or dangerous workplace situations. Credit: This program has been preapproved for 6.0 (general) credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
