This Virginia State government contracting seminar welcomes Nancy Rodrigues, Secretary of Administration for the Office of Governor McAuliffe, to advise business owners about how small businesses can sell their products and services to the Commonwealth and how to capitalize on the benefits of being SWaM-certified business (Small, Women-Owned, and Minority-Owned Businesses).
