Starting in front of the Market Building in Downtown Roanoke -

Head east on Campbell Ave., S.E.
Turn right onto 13th St., S.E.
Turn left onto Jamison Ave., S.E.
Continue onto VA - 24 E and State Route 634/Hardy Rd.
After going under a bridge, you will take an immediate right onto Hammond Dr.
Follow the signs and balloons for The Glen on Glenburn Farms.

Starting at the Bridgewater Plaza in Moneta -

Begin by facing southwest to VA-122
Continue on State Route 634/Hardy Rd.
Take a left onto Hammond Dr.
Follow the signs and balloons for The Glen on Glenburn Farms.
