Chef David has created extraordinary monthly culinary events featuring dishes inspired by their specially selected wine pairings from Chateau Morrisette.
January's Vintner Dinner includes Grilled Sea Scallop, Winter Salad, Chesapeake Crab Cake with Steak Savannah, and Maple Crème Brulee with Poached Anjou Pear. The full event menu is available on our website.
