The Virginia Tech Roanoke Center is pleased to offer the Project Management Certification Prep Course beginning March 20, 2014!
This detailed 56-hour course will run for eight consecutive Thursdays and is designed to be one of the most thorough preparation courses for the PMI certification exam. Taught by an industry leader and expert who brings much practical experience to the classroom, participants will learn the disciplines and best practices of professional project management and essential general management topics using material from PMI's Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®).
PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification was formally recognized by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1999, giving it worldwide status. Project management is now "the fastest-growing professional discipline in North America," according to CMA Management Magazine.
