Hollins Communication Research Institute (HCRI) is hosting its first annual 5k race to benefit its stutter therapy program. Located on the Rivers Edge section of the Roanoke River Greenway, this race will provide you and your friends and family a fun event to attend this Spring! Your participation in this event will not only benefit you, but it will help raise critical funding needed to find a cure for this debilitating speech condition. Proceeds also will provide life-changing stuttering therapy for people in need, as well as go towards developing treatment innovations that make HCRI’s one-of-a-kind therapy more accessible to more people than ever before possible.
