Description
Join us for our first Women of the Chamber Luncheon of 2022, featuring Dr. Alice Louise Kassens, the John S. Shannon Professor of Economics at Roanoke College.
Dr. Kassens will be discussing a topic she's been studying, which also happens to be throwing our economy for a loop: The Great Resignation.
How are and how will these resignations impact our economy? Are workers just changing jobs, or are they leaving the workforce entirely? Is this temporary, or is our relationship with work changing?
We'll discuss all of this, and more, on February 24. Registration is now open!
