Join us for a special Lil Yogis yoga class designed for caregivers and children to connect through mindful movement and fun!

This 30-minute class is perfect for children ages 4–12, offering a space to build strength, balance, and flexibility through age-appropriate yoga. More than just movement, it’s a chance to foster connection, calm, and mutual support between you and your little one.
