Woods Rogers Announces New E-Discovery Practice Group

Woods Rogers is excited to announce the creation of an E-Discovery Practice Group dedicated to helping clients collect, preserve, and review electronically stored information.

The discovery process is one of the most important and expensive parts of litigation. In the past, the process could involve thousands or hundreds of thousands of physical pieces of paper. Now, the bulk of discovery is stored electronically and the volume of that information increased significantly over the last 20 years.

To better serve the needs of our clients, Woods Rogers created a dedicated E-Discovery team of attorneys and professionals. Two seasoned litigators, Practice Chair Patice Holland and Vice-Chair Jon Hollis, along with the Director of E-Discovery, Michael Yager, will lead a team of attorneys and practice experts who are highly credentialed and experienced in their respective fields.

“You cannot overstate how important E-Discovery is to litigation and investigations,” said Daniel Summerlin, President of Woods Rogers. “By creating a dedicated practice group for E-Discovery, we show our commitment to being a trusted legal and business resource for our clients.”
