Description
Do the holidays cause you stress or anxiety? You're not alone. 88 percent of Americans reported feeling stressed when celebrating the holidays, according to a 2018 poll. In this unprecedented year, COVID-19 has only added to usual holiday worries, making stress management even more critical.
For our final Women of the Chamber Webinar of 2020, we'll be focusing on three topics of equal importance during this unique holiday season:
- Self-Care and Resiliency
- COVID and the New Normal / Loss of Normal
- Anxiety / Depression Warning Signs: When to Seek Help
- Sheila Lythgoe, MS, CSAC (Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare)
- Cathy Brown, LCSW (Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare)
- Karen Hogan Pillis, M.S. (Family Service of Roanoke Valley)
The mission of Women of the Chamber is to empower professional women through community, education and personal development. We look forward to providing you with an opportunity to get to know your fellow Chamber members and uplift one another personally and professionally.
