Renewal Studios Roanoke is a mind-body wellness sanctuary and community space located inside a beautifully restored historic church in Roanoke’s West End.

We bring together yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, sound healing, HypnoYoga®, somatic and restorative movement, nervous system regulation, workshops, special events, and other thoughtfully curated healing arts under one roof.

More than a traditional yoga studio, Renewal is designed as a place to explore different ways of moving, resting, regulating, reconnecting, and discovering what supports your individual wellbeing.

Our growing community includes experienced teachers and independent practitioners offering classes, private sessions, workshops, trainings, and unique wellness experiences. Renewal Studios also partners with local businesses and organizations through corporate and workplace wellness programs.
