The Roanoke Regional Chamber is proud to celebrate women whose leadership, service, and commitment to others are making a lasting impact across Virginia's Blue Ridge.

Presented by LewisGale Medical Center, the 2026 ATHENA Awards recognize exceptional women who lead with purpose, inspire those around them, and help create stronger communities.

Award Categories

ATHENA Leadership Award

Recognizes an established leader who demonstrates excellence in her profession, serves her community, and actively supports the advancement of women.

ATHENA Non-Profit Leadership Award

Honors a woman whose leadership and service have made a meaningful impact through the non-profit sector and the community she serves.

ATHENA Young Professional Award

Celebrates an emerging leader who demonstrates exceptional potential, professional achievement, and community engagement early in her career.
