Join the Roanoke Regional Chamber for Session 2 of our Women of the Chamber Mini Workshop Series presented by ValleyStar Credit Union, a dynamic luncheon experience designed to help women better understand and leverage their natural talents in both life and leadership.
This 90-minute workshop will focus on identifying and reclaiming your strengths—not simply as skills, but as powerful sources of confidence, clarity, and leadership presence. Through guided reflection, paired conversation, and facilitated discussion, participants will explore how their strengths show up in everyday life, how they serve them well, and how they can sometimes be unintentionally overused.
To get the most out of this experience, participants are required to complete the CliftonStrengths® Assessment in advance of the workshop. This ensures meaningful participation and allows each attendee to fully engage in the exercises and discussions centered around their individual Top 5 strengths. Your assessment link will be emailed to you by May 16th.
Attendees will walk away with a deeper awareness of their Top 5 CliftonStrengths® themes and practical insight into how to apply those talents more intentionally in their personal and professional leadership.
