The Town of Rocky Mount invites you to attend our Development Opportunity Showcase as we unveil the completed plan for a transformative 64-acre mixed-use development opportunity and officially launch the Request for Proposals (RFP) process. 

Over the past year, the Town has worked with planning, engineering, and development professionals to create a vision for one of the most significant growth opportunities in our community. The plan includes a mix of housing types and commercial development opportunities designed to support Rocky Mount's future growth. During this presentation, attendees will learn about the project background, development concept, implementation strategy, and the opportunities available to prospective development partners. 

The event will also mark the release of the RFP, providing interested developers with information on how to participate in the process.
