Mutual of America and SERCAP present, Boots on the Ground!
Grab your best pair of Boots! and join SERCAP at our Headquarters in Roanoke, VA to help us Kick-off our 2024/2025 Annual Fund Campaign, as we Dance the evening away. The inaugural Boots on the Ground Event will feature:
- Live Music by the Brothers Young
- Caricature Artist, Hannah Raine
- Heavy Hors D'oeuvres
- Beer from Blindhouse Beer
- Opportunity to Mingle with SERCAP Staff and Learn More about the agency's Programs, Services, and Impact on the Community
Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, Inc. (SERCAP) is a 501(C)3 Nonprofit Organization with a Mission, "to Improve the Quality of Life for Low-Income Individuals by promoting affordable water and wastewater facilities, community development, environmental health, and economic self-sufficiency."
In order to achieve this Mission, SERCAP provides training, technical, and financial assistance to both rural communities and low-to-moderate income (LMI) individuals and families to help address critical water/wastewater, housing, community development, and economic development needs.
All proceeds from the event and the Annual Fund Campaign will benefit low-to-moderate income individuals and rural communities across the Commonwealth of Virginia and throughout SERCAP's seven-state service region, through the agency's multitude of programs and services.
