Peter Chapman has created his own unique style of furniture and wood sculpture design, including his popular three-dimensional puzzle animals. Chapman is known for his technique of cutting an interlocking puzzle from a single piece of wood. The result is an animal that moves like the creature it represents, with each puzzle including a “surprise” hidden inside.

 

2nd Helpings Gallery will feature his work through September, with a special artist reception scheduled for September 10 from 1-3pm. Shoppers will even be able to place special orders that will be ready just in time for the holiday season.
