In this webinar, Lois James, Director of Leadership Development at OpX Solutions, will discuss how to effectively delegate responsibilities to others to empower yourself and them.
Being able to effectively delegate strengthens your leadership skills while coaching and teaching your team members new skills to help them further their careers. Effective delegation is also a strong retention tool to keep the great employees you already have.
