Winds of the Blue Ridge's annual picnic and concert outdoors starts at 7 pm. Guest conductor Christopher Dobbins, from Washington and Lee University, will lead a program that includes the traditional favorite First Suite in E Flat by Gustav Holst and other favorites, along with the very nontraditional Godzilla Eats Las Vegas by Eric Whitacre.
