Senior Account Executive - Radio & Digital Marketing

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their marketing goals, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across radio, digital media, and other platforms to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for client campaigns, including concept development, execution, and post-campaign analysis. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and provide consultative advice to clients on how to leverage radio and digital marketing to achieve their objectives. Create customized media plans and proposals.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build a pipeline of potential clients and drive revenue through new partnerships.

Collaborative Work Environment: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, making data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance.

Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to offer clients innovative and effective marketing strategies.?
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in radio advertising or multimedia sales.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue and achieving sales targets. Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple marketing channels (radio, digital, social media, etc.).

Technical Skills: Knowledge of digital advertising, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and sell marketing solutions effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and creatively, developing innovative solutions to address client needs and challenges.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred: Experience working in a radio or media company is a plus. Familiarity with programming and traffic management, and broadcast technology is highly desirable.?
