The Virginia Council of CEOs is a nonprofit, invitation-only 501(c)(6) membership organization serving CEOs, presidents, and owners of small and mid-sized businesses throughout Virginia. Our mission is to provide CEOs, presidents, and business owners with the opportunity to learn, grow, get "unstuck" through the clarity provided by the diverse perspectives of fellow Roundtable members,and through shared experiences think differently about their businesses.

Formed in Richmond in 2000, the Council is now over 230 members strong, including some of Virginia's fastest-growing companies. Our first Roundtable in the greater Roanoke area launched in late 2021, and we now have three Roundtables in the greater Roanoke Valley.

Members enjoy continuous learning opportunities such as our Annual all-member Spring Retreat, but the primary reason CEOs, presidents, and business owners join VACEOs is for the confidential peer-to-peer Roundtable experience.

We work with the whole person, not just the "business face". As a CEO, president, or business owner, working through this process in a confidential, judgement-free environment with a group of peers who are dealing with similar issues, challenges, and opportunities, from the same unique CEO perspective, can be game-changing and transformational.

As the saying goes, "You will be much more help to others if you first put the oxygen mask on yourself".
