The Leadership Roanoke Valley Retreat is a fun and immersive two-day experience designed to build on the connections made at Opening Breakfast and bring the Class of 2027 even closer together! Through interactive activities, team-building challenges, meaningful conversations, and opportunities for personal growth, participants will strengthen relationships, explore their leadership styles, and develop the trust and collaboration that will carry them throughout the LRV experience.
