The Leadership Roanoke Valley Retreat is a fun and immersive two-day experience designed to build on the connections made at Opening Breakfast and bring the Class of 2027 even closer together! Through interactive activities, team-building challenges, meaningful conversations, and opportunities for personal growth, participants will strengthen relationships, explore their leadership styles, and develop the trust and collaboration that will carry them throughout the LRV experience. Get ready to step outside your comfort zone, learn more about yourself and your classmates, and create memories that will last well beyond the program year!

• Pack activewear (dress for all weather)
• Closed-toed shoes
• Extra shoes
• All toiletries, and any medication needed for overnight 
• Water bottle
• Flashlight
• Bug spray
• Sunscreen
• Rain jacket
• Extra blankets if you get cold easily
• Ear plugs if you are a light sleeper (bunk-styled cabins)

All linens will be provided (bedding, pillow, towels, washcloth, etc.) All meals will be provided, except for breakfast on Wednesday, eat before arriving.
